Hbz6017 self-propelled boom concrete pump was specially developed and designed by ZOOMLION for the construction of ballastless rail on passenger line, it combines the three functions of self-propelled driving, pumping and distributing into one, it is mainly used in on-site concrete pouring of Rader 2000, two-block rail system sleeper layer and plate ballastless rail base. It meets the working conditions of road, bridge and tunnel construction on railways while the railway construction is on two-rails without makeshift rail which is typical to China.

The design of the whole machine is simple, compact and practical. This vehicle integrating the three functions: self-propelled driving, pumping aid and distributing into one, thus features easy operating and flexible. It can be used in narrow construction area, and it also fit for the pavement pouring in different road and railway construction projects, and for concrete pumping aid and pouring under different industries and occasions such as piers, roadside facilities, as well as pre-cast beam.

Its specially designed wheel-rail switching chassis enables the self-propelled distributor be applicable for both roads and railways. The structure of the chassis is compact while its configuration is flexible and can be configured to a double-function chassis for both road and railway or a single wheel-traveling conventional chassis, minimize the cost of different equipment in different geological conditions.
