1999
On April 30th, Zhongbiao Road Sweeper was awarded with National Torch Plan Project

In December, ZLJ5040GXC Road Sweeper was awarded with National Key New Project.
In December, company was awarded with Hunan Provincial Technology Individual Corporation Star issued by Hunan Commission of Science & Technology.
2000
On August 29th, Zhongbiao ZLJ5041TSL, ZLJ5060TSL, ZLJ5150TSL, ZLJ5120TSL and ZLJ5050TSL Road Sweeper, developed and manufactured by company, passed examinaztion of General Administration of Civial Aviation China, the company became the special equipment manufacturer of General Administration of Civial Aviation China.
On August 29th, Zhongbiao ZLJ5041TSL, ZLJ5060TSL, ZLJ5150TSL, ZLJ5120TSL and ZLJ5050TSL Road Sweeper, developed and manufactured by company, passed examinaztion of General Administration of Civial Aviation China, the company became the special equipment manufacturer of General Administration of Civial Aviation China.
On October 18th, company became development base for Shanghai Environmental Sanitation special equipment.
2001
In August, company was awarded as Hi-tech Corporation by Hunan Science & Technology Department; Meanwhile, ZLJ5041TSL Road Sweeper was awarded as Hi-tech product.
In August, company was awarded as Hi-tech Corporation by Hunan Science & Technology Department; Meanwhile, ZLJ5041TSL Road Sweeper was awarded as Hi-tech product.
In September, ZLJ5050TSL Road Sweeper was listed into National Key New Product after appraisement by specialists from National Economy & Trade Commission.
In December, company won the bid in the government purchasing in Shijiazhuang, Hebei, for 22 units of Road Sweeper and High Pressure Washing Vehicle.
2002
On November 10th, the quality and after-sales service of Road Sweeper and Washing Vehicle were awarded as the only Satisfactory Service Organization in this industry by Customer Commission of China Association of Quality and Construction Machinery Equipment Commission. Meanwhile, Zhongbiao TSL series Road Sweeper and Zhongbiao GQX series Washing Vehicle were recommended as Clients Satisfactory Products by customers.
On December 10th, Zhongbiao Road Sweeper, Washing Vehicle, Refuse Compression Transfer Vehicle were awarded as 2002 Yearly Salability Brand in China by China Market Investigating and Appraising Center.

On January 17th, company hold <<Zhongbiao Business>> newspaper launching ceremony, the first edition published.

On September 10th, in the Shenyang government purchasing, company won the bid with 66 units Zhongbiao environmental sanitation vehicle, set the new record for the unit amount and value in environmental sanitation machinery industry in China.
In December, ZLJ5201GQX Multi-Function High Pressure Washing Vehicle was successfully developed, having the maximum loading capacity in China.

In April, Zhongbiao YJC seires Vertical Refuse Compression Station Equipment was awarded with 2005 Provincial Technology Innovation Project.

In June, the first Multi-Function Washing Vehicle ZLJ5164GQX specialized in cleaning for road surface and edge in the world was successfully developed in Zhongbiao.
On August 27th, in the 4th Chinese Market Brand Client Satisfactory Investigation hold by People's Daily and China Corporation Culture Motivation Commission, Zhongbiao environmental sanitation equipment manufactured by Zoomlion Zhongbiao Branch Company, won the title of "the top brand on the list of customer satisfactory environmental sanitation product in China" again, Zoomlion also became the only corporation which had won this honor in environmental sanitation industry.
On December 12th, Zoomlion Zhongbiao Branch Company successfully developed YJC800 Vertical Refuse Compression Station series equipment, filled the domestic bland of big vertical refuse compression station series station.
2007
On January 9th, in the bid of Road Sweeper and Washing Vehicle submitted by Qingling Zhongnanshan Road & Tunnel Co., Ltd., Zhongbiao environmental sanitation won the bid with 3 units, became the only environmental sanitation equipment manufacurer who serves Qingling Zhongnanshan road and tunnel.
On January 9th, in the bid of Road Sweeper and Washing Vehicle submitted by Qingling Zhongnanshan Road & Tunnel Co., Ltd., Zhongbiao environmental sanitation won the bid with 3 units, became the only environmental sanitation equipment manufacurer who serves Qingling Zhongnanshan road and tunnel.
On January 26th, Zhongbiao environmental sanitation product realized sales in Tibet, stands Zhongbiao environmental sanitation product's entire cover on China Mainland.
On April 10th, Zhongbiao exported 3 units environmental sanitation products to Nigeria for the first time, undertook the cleaning mission in Nigeria Single-Cycle Electricity Station. The construction of this station, including its cleaning project, was concerned by the president of Nigeria, is one of the key examining and follow-up projects in his president period.
