    He was chief of Research Institute of Hunan Puyuan Engineer Machinery Factory;

    Vice chief of Hunan Puyuan Engineer Machinery Factory;

    Vice general manager of Hunan Puyuan Group Ltd., Co.;

    Director of Hunan Puyuan Group Ltd., Co.;

    Director of the second directorate of Changsha Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Development Ltd., Co.

    He was honored the first prize of Hunan Technology Advancement Award.

    Now he is board member of Hunan Teli Hydraulic Equipment Co., Ltd, board member of ZOOMLION Fire Fighting Machinery Branch Company, and Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of Axle Branch Company¡£
