    Mr. Long Guojian, male, born in 1945, bachelor degree, researcher, honored with State Council special allowance.

    He was vice chief and vice director of Changsha Construction Machinery Researching Insititute of Construction Ministry. He is member of Hunan Political Consultative Conference, vice chief of China National Democratic Construction Association in Hunan province. He was awarded Technology Advanced Second Prize of Construction Ministry, honored as “Ninth Five” National Key Technology Plan (Technology Equipment) Advanced Individual.

    From Aug.1999 to Sept. 2004, director of Zoomlion in the first and sencond board of director.

    He is vice director and chief engineer of Changsha Construction Machinery Research Institute, vice chairman of China Construction Machinery Association, vice chief of China National Democratic Construction Association in Hunan province, vice chairman of Hunan Political Consultative Conference, member of National Political Consultative Conference.
