    Mr. Liu Changkun, male, born in 1943, member of CPC, bachelor degree.

    Mr. Liu Changkun was vice secretary and secretary of party committee of Central Financial Management School;

    Chief of Personnal and Education Department of Financial Ministry;

    Assistant to Financial Minister;

    Member of CPC team in Financial Ministry;

    Special agent of state department supervision ministry.

    2000-2004, chairman, board of supervisor of State-owned Assets Supervision Committee.

    2005 till now, vice chief director of China Association of Chief Financial Officers.
