• In January, Zoomlion listed in “Pretty 50” issued by <<New Financial>>, listed as one of the most potential 50 blue chip corporations of the future 10 years in China.
• In January, Yin Zhengfu, GM of Zoomlion, and Xiong Yanming, vice president got qualification authentication, became senior professional managers in machinery industry.
• On 16^th January, “Zoomlion Love Changes Destiny Charity Supporting Students” was listed in Top Ten Charities in Hunan in 2004.
• On 15^th March, Zoomlion was awarded as “Clients Trustable Brand of Hunan in 2004” by Hunan Clients Commission.
• On 22^nd March, Zoomlion listed on the top of “Top Ten Scaled Profitable Machinery Corporation in Hunan in 2004”.
• In March, high pressure washing vehicle ZLJ520GQX, the biggest tonnage in China which could load 12 tons, was successfully developed and manufactured by Zoomlion Zhongbiao Branch Company.
• In March, the first truck mounted concrete pump industry standard <<Truck Mounted Concrete Pump>> drafted by Zoomlion approved by National Development and Reformation Commission and carried into execution.
• In April, Zoomlion Hunan Machinery Branch Company successfully developed the first all automatic broad band gear slipper.
• In April, Zoomlion was awarded five honors by China United Commission of Machinery Industry, chairman Zhan Chunxin was awarded as “National Machinery Industry Star Entrepreneur in 2004”, and general manager Yin Zhengfu was awarded as “National Machinery Industry Advanced Entrepreneur in 2004”.
• On 8^th April, Zoomlion enter stock 300 index, become the weatherglass of the stock market.
• From 12^th to 11^th April, Zoomlion opened development strategy conference, established the core content of “Professional, stock and international” and “Nuclear Fission” strategy’s important position in the development process of Zoomlion group.
• In April, Zoomlion listed number 19 in the Top 100 Turnover Chinese Machinery Corporation.
• In April, Zoomlion successfully developed the first GPRS remote maintanence and position system for truck mounted concrete pump in China.
• On 30^th April, “Beidou Number One”, produced by Zoomlion Zhongke Beidou, became the only satallite navigation position communicator used in Mount Everest highness measuring. Before 1^st May, Liu Quan, director and chief engineer of Zoomlion, awareded as talent people of “Hunan New Century 121 Talent People Project”.
• In May, Chen Runyu, the former chairman of Changsha Construction Machinery Research Institute, was awarded “China Engineer Machinery Industry Life Achievement Prize”.
• On 10^th May, in the list of “Yearly Performance List of Public Corporation in 2004” issued by China Stock Newspaper and Tsinghua University Chinese Corporation Research Center, Zoomlion was listed number 31 in the country, and listed number 1 in Hunan.
• On 23^rd May, Changsha Construction Machinery Research Institute became one of the 11 Hunan corporations authorized by National State-owned Assets Commission to operate.
• In June, Zoomlion Zhongbiao Road Sweeper entered the competition of “Top Ten Brands with China Customer Satisfaction in 2005”.
• On 2^nd June, Zoomlion paver entered domestic hi-way construction area, which was forbidden district for domestic paver before.
• On 7^th June, “Along with Zoomlion” topic speech competition which had lasted for one month successfully finished.
• On 16^th June, Yu Zhengshen, commissary of CCP central politic bureau and secretary of Hubei CCP commission, visited Zoomlion.
• On 27^th June, Zoomlion became one of the first chief legal consulting corporations in Hunan
• In July, Zoomlion asphalt road surface on site heat regenerator was listed as 2005 National Torch Plan Project by National Science & Technology Ministry.
• From 4^th to 6^th July, three national standards, <<Asphalt and Concrete Mixing Equipment Term>>, <<Stable Earth Mixier Term>> and <<Concrete Road Surface Construction Machinery and Equipment Term>>, drafted by Changsha Construction Machinery Research Institute and Zoomlion, passed national examination.
• On 8^th July, two QC achievements from Zoomlion Puyuan Branch Company won the first prize in China.
• On 12^th July, Zoomlion 2005 Love Changes Destiny supporting student action launched, Zoomlion donated 1 million RMB for poor students again.
• On 19^th July, “Professional Mill and Grub Equipment and Product Co-development Platform”, the national 863 plan project undertook by Zoomlion, passed national examination.
• On 20^th July, Changsha Construction Machinery Research Institute official launched Advanced Education Action for members of CPP.
• In July, Zoomlion finished its CE authentication for pump delivering machinery, gained the entrance ticket for UE market.

• On 6^th August, <<Top 500 Most Valuable Brands in China>> in 2005 announced, Zoomlion, with 3.318 billion RMB valued brand, listed number 193.
• On 13^th August, chairman Zhan Chunxin, as the delegate of Hunan advanced corporations, made special report to Wen Jiabao, the general commissary of CPP Central Political Bureau and the national premier, who was investigating in Hunan.
• On 21^st August, Zoomlion listed number 456 in “Top 500 Chinese Corporations”, increased 14 than last year.

• From 19^th to 22^nd Oct., Zoomlion Puyuan Branch Company participated the 8^th International Engineer Machinery Exhibition and Technology Communication Conference.
• On 22^nd Oct., Beijing Zoomlion Xinxing Construction Machinery Leasing Co., Ltd. was awarded “China Leasing Industry Development Dedication Prize”.
• In Oct., Zoomlion new generation truck mounted concrete pump, with better technology and processing and have reached CE standard, was born.
• On 28^th Oct., Gu Xiulian, the vice chairman of National People Conference, visited Zoomlion, and investigated the execution of <<Labour Law>>.
• On 29^th Oct., Wu Bangguo, chairman of National People Conference, visited Zoomlion.
• In Nov., Zoomlion Technology Center passed national authentication.
• In Nov., in the National Clients Satisfaction Investigation on hoisting, earth working and pill foundation machinery organized by Engineer Machinery Session of China Association of Quality, National Commission of Construction Machinery Clients and Clients Commission of China Association of Engineer Machinery Industry, Zoomlion was recommended as “After-sales Service Satisfaction Organization” by the clients.
• On 6^th Nov., Su Yongzhuan, Zoomlion financial majordomo, was awarded Top Ten Outstanding Younth in Changsha.
• On 27^th Nov, on site heat regenerator, ZLJ5690JQZ300 mobile crane and ZLJ520GQX washing vehicle, developed by Zoomlion, were listed in <<China Corporation New Records>>.
• In Nov., Zoomlion Puyuan Branch Company was awarded four prizes issued by China Association of Quality, like Product Gained Six Times in Line for Clients Satisfaction Prize, After-sales Service Satisfaction Organization, and others.
• On 9^th Dec., Changsha Construction Machinery Research Institute hold “Corporation Moral and Business Process Rebuild” training class, aimed at management team’s mind construction and promoting management team’s quality and capability, to further motivate staff team construction, stronger the corporation’s capability, to realize strategy target of “Rebuild Zoomlion”. In Dec., Zoomlion was awarded 2005 “Hunan Quality Management Prize”.
• On 19^th Dec., Zoomlion was listed into 2005 “The most influence brand in China”.
• On 20^th Dec., 12 concrete pump from Zoomlion worked together on the construction site of CCTV new site, 50 hours continous delivered 35000 cubic meters concrete, set new record in China.
